Hello 15 Weeks!

Your Pregnancy: Week 15 Your gums may be red and swollen (thanks, hormones),
so it's extra-important to take good care of your mouth right now. Brush
often, floss gently, and see your dentist if you haven't already. Also, your
now-cramped chest and abdomen (baby's growing fast!) might be making you a
little short of breath.

(quick! close your eyes Emily!)
*Baby's now the size of a naval orange!*
Continuing the march toward normal proportions, baby's legs now out-measure
his arms. And, finally, all four limbs have functional joints. Your fetus is
squirming and wiggling like crazy down in the womb, though you probably
can't feel the movements just yet.

(alright, you can open them again!)

From me: Baby has grown so much in the last weeks. I actually feel like I'm
pregnant now! I should start to feel the "butterflies" here in the next few
weeks. Woohoo! We're going to make contact with the alien!

Our BIG Ultrasound is scheduled for October 13, just 3 1/2 weeks from now.
That is the one where we'll have to tell them, "No, we don't want to know
the gender of the baby." Mom, I bet you wish we would just "forget" to tell
them that, right?

While the morning sickness has lessened considerably, there are still
"relapses" now and then. But NOTHING compared to what I was going through
just a few weeks ago. Anything is better than THAT.

But the real issue right now is that I think I'm coming down with a cold.
Any advice, post-prego ladies? My nose has already been drippy this entire
pregnancy (I've had a constant runny nose virtually all my life), but now I
got the runny nose and stuffy nose all at once, and am sneezing quite a bit.
Oh boy. I'm hoping it's just the thing I get when the season changes
drastically and it will go away in a few days.

Well, I'd better go blow my nose.. cya!

P.S- Baby says hi!
