In advance...



We've been rushing around for the past 5 hours, ever since noon, trying to get ready to leave tonight as soon as Matt gets off of work. We've been to Walmart, Fred Meyers, and Costco, got the food to make:

F Breakfast- French Toast
F Lunch- Polish Sausage Dogs and Potato Salad
F Supper- Fried/Grilled Clams and Veggie Kabobs
S Breakfast- Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, and Toast
S Lunch- Classic Clam Bake
S Supper- Food in town from the parade and carnival
Dessert- S'mores (of course!)

Sound good?

I need to prepare all the food so that all we have to do out there is cook it. Yum.

We're either going into Soldotna for the 4th Celebration or into Homer, not sure yet... we'll see, won't we?

Alrighty then... off to the South.. of Alaska!
